Sandan course. Absolutely amazing!
Absolutely amazing! A collection of the waza taught by video and written transmission. Taught in a way that's understandable and a pricate lesson feel. Doshi RVD nakes sure we know the exact waza but also teaches you how to explore the waza to find the true essence of the art.

Structure set up
I understand how the system is set up and training structure. There is a lot small structures to put together for a complete move. Also being very aggressive in which it needs to be. You have no time but to move immediately in a life and death situation. Thankyou on spreading out individual moves. Those new into the arts, it will show them how to put together how they need to think, and the multiple type moves show them the multiple ways they can use.
